Extensive background in financial and technology integration, policy, process and procedure development and implementation, benchmarking and internal control implementation, project management, financial and operations analysis, cost accounting, MIS/IT risks, management and control, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, contract administration, business plan development, and strategic planning.
Ability to engineer and complete multiple initiatives in fast paced, multi-faceted complex environments while leading and coaching teams.

In addition to his professional roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen & Co., CPA's, Jeff has held key positions with technology start-ups including Acting CFO and COO for Edulink, Inc OTC.BB "MYIQ" an educational technology firm, Director of Finance for Utility Partners, and as CFO for Acquisition Ventures; a company specializing in the incubation of venture-backed technology companies (including a technology PEO with Zurich Payroll Solutions) controlled by the founder or co-founder of Inktomi (NASDAQ symbol INKT), Military Commercial Technologies (MilCom), ParaLogic, and Triton Network Systems (Red Herring top 50 private technology company 1998).

Mr. Miesbauer has a wealth of knowledge and experience with financial systems implementations in high-volume transaction environments and the proper implementation of financial and operational controls. He and his teams have been responsible for financial systems strategies, internal and public reporting, treasury operations, systems conversions and implementations, budgeting and strategic planning, and financial and operational control structures.

Mr. Miesbauer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin holding Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Miesbauer is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
